Rachael is a real estate associate with Dunay, Miskel, and Backman, LLP. She assists in a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, joint ventures and financing matters.
While pursuing her J.D., Rachael clerked with Legal Services of Greater Miami where she assisted in business transactions and affordable housing matters, and also with Greenberg Traurig, LLP in the Capital Markets department.
Rachael is also admitted to practice law in Jamaica. Prior to relocating to Florida, Rachael was an associate with the Jamaican law firm Patterson Mair Hamilton where her practice focused on securities, finance and corporate law transactions. She also represented clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions and other commercial matters.
